Can you source us a van to convert if we give you the spec we want?

Yes we can, we have access to trader only portals and a network of dealerships, try and give us as much choice of spec as possible and we’ll find the closest match.

What's the best van to buy as a base vehicle?

We recommend a panel van as the best blank canvas, but try and get the best spec and lowest mileage you can, think about automatic, heated seats, heated windscreen, satnav media unit, cruise control, electric heated mirrors etc. When it comes to what van, there are plenty of choices from Volkswagen, Ford, Renault, Vauxhall, Mercedes and Fiat.

I am building my own van, can you supply parts?

Yes we can, we can provide everything you need to convert your vehicle including our inhouse ply lining kits, pre cut vinyl flooring and kitchens, we’re also happy to provide help and guidance when you need it.

If i supply you the parts, can you do the fitting only?

Yes we can but it will depend on the parts, for example, we won’t fit cheap chinese diesel heaters for many reasons.

Do you offer servicing and repairs to vans?

Yes we do, we offer all aspects of servicing and repairs to all makes and models of vans.

Can you do bodywork repairs and respray?

Yes we can, please get in touch to discuss your needs.

How do I get home after dropping my van off?

We are 5 mins from the Whitchurch Train Station and will happily drop you off.

What is the warranty on your conversions?

Most of our parts come with their own warranty 1 – 5 years depending on the item. Our workmanship comes with a 2 year warranty on the build.

How do I secure my booking, do you need a deposit?

Yes, for full conversions we require a 10% deposit of the total invoice to secure any dates discussed. 40% once the van has been dropped off and the final balance upon collection. For any part conversions where we’re fitting a custom kitchen or upholstery, we ask for the full item cost upfront due to past cancellations and us being left with items we cannot use.

Is my van insured whilst in your workshop?

Yes we are insured to have your vehicle on site and whilst we’re working on it.

How can I pay for my work?

We prefer bank transfer for all payments to keep fee costs to a minimum but we do offer payment by credit and debit cards and finance, we can also offer 0% finance, T&C’s apply.

Can I visit your workshop to discuss my ideas?

Yes please do. We highly recommend a visit to our premises so you can see where your pride and joy will be Evolved, we also have plenty of samples to show you. Just let us know a date and time so we can make sure we’re free.
