All orders will be posted by a tracked courier service, unless stated otherwise. We always aim to send your parcels using next day delivery, however, this is not guaranteed. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. If you order before 12pm, Monday to Friday, we will do our best to dispatch the same day for all items we carry in stock. Items ordered after 12pm Friday or over a weekend will be dispatched Monday. Items dispatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. All shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Prices:
Where possible we try to offer free delivery. On larger and heavier items, this is not possible. In these cases, delivery charges are based on the actual size and weight of the order and the location of the delivery address. The exact delivery costs for UK residents will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
