What Does The Conversion Warranty Cover?
When you choose to buy a camper van conversion, valet van conversion or Kombi conversion with us, you can rest assured that you’re making the right choice.
Our van conversions represent the highest technical standard and offer maximum reliability. However, it’s still possible for the unexpected to happen.
That’s where our service contract comes in – it protects you just in case the unexpected happens.
Here are some more details about our warranty:
- All our camper van conversions come with a 24-month conversion warranty that covers all aspects of workmanship.
- All products and appliances used by Evolution are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s component warranty.
- Repair requests will be subject to you complying with the terms and conditions detailed in this document.
- To make a claim, you must comply with the repair request procedures and terms and conditions described in this service contract.
- The vehicle must have a valid MOT, tax, and insurance at all times for the duration of the contract.
- In the event of a repair request, please email us to hello@evolutioncampervans.co.uk.
- You may use your local repairer, but they must follow our repair request procedures.
- The vehicle must be serviced in line with the manufacturer’s recommended schedule.
- You should inform Evolution in writing of any changes or modifications to the vehicle or your personal circumstances.
- Warranty is not transferrable and no cash alternative is offered.
Full Conversions: This covers all aspects of our workmanship, offering a £1000 claim limit with no restrictions on the number of claims. We want you to have peace of mind knowing we stand firmly behind the quality and longevity of our conversions.
Part Conversions: Similar to the full conversion warranty, we still offer a £1000 claim limit with no restrictions on the number of claims, however we will only cover the work we have completed and not anything somebody else has, including if someone else’s work has interfered with ours.

Used Vehicle Warranty: If purchasing a vehicle we have in stock or have sourced for you, we offer a 3 month vehicle warranty which can be upgraded with our partners Momentum Warranties.
