Full Conversion Payment Plan
To ensure your build slot is reserved, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £2500, this is non-refundable because at this stage we will start the planning and designing stages which means we are now invested in your project. The first instalment of 50% of the conversion total is required a minimum of four weeks before the start date. Following that, a second instalment of 35% is required one month into the build. Finally, the remaining payment should be made upon collection of the vehicle.
Please note we also charge £250 for full itemised quotes which is deductible against the job once booked in, this is to protect our time. If you don’t decide to book in with us, this £250 is non refundable.
Part Conversion Payment Plan
If your van is joining us for remedial works, modifications or any other kind of conversion service other than a full conversion, we take payment when you collect, however, if we are ordering bespoke furniture, parts or upholstery, payment is required upfront for the parts only, the labour will be due on collection of the campervan.
All other van work such as window fitting, diesel heater fitting, ply lining, mechanical servicing etc will be due on collection of the vehicle.
We provide VAT invoices for all work completed.
All payments are preferred via bank transfer to reduce the fees we pay but we do accept credit and debit cards and if you would like to discuss finance options, please contact us. All payments must have cleared before vehicle is released.
