Our pre carpeted ply lining kits are a game changer in the DIY van conversion world, saving you time, money and stanley blade cuts! Just like we use in our own van conversions, these kits are cut in house on our CNC machine, lined in the best carpet we’ve found to date using the best high temperature adhesive and fitted with hidden trim clips ready for you to simple clip into place.

We can provide pre carpeted ply lining kits for most vans on the market but as always we’re most busy with Transporter T5/T6/T6.1, Transit Custom, Vauxhall Vivaro and Renault Trafic.

We offer 8 carpet colours to choose from and use what we think is the best carpet available on the market, it’s tested to FMVSS302 flame retardancy and made from 100% polypropylene fibre.

We can also cover your ply lining kits in suede fabrics and stitched pattern vinyl’s to really give that WOW factor.
